In-System Support: Live Chat and Pegg
You now have two In-system Support options: Chat and Pegg
Our live chat is operated by live chat agents, therefore, the live chat will only be active during regular office hours.
Our support centre is closed on all South African public holidays and over weekends.
If the Chat option does not display, it is due to the fact that it is not within our normal working hours.
Chats can be used for short, simple payroll queries which need quick answers?
Chat can be accessed by clicking on the Chat button wherever you see it on the screen and then proceed to complete the fields:
Pegg is our Sage Chatbot and is available for questions 24/7.
Pegg has been pre-loaded with a range of answers for the majority of your payroll questions.
Pegg can be accessed by clicking on the Ask Pegg button wherever you see it on the screen.
Once open, you can move the window around.
Type your question into the ‘Type your message…’ section and press enter to send.
Pegg will respond with an answer and will give you an option to vote on whether this answer was helpful (Yes) or unhelpful (No).

To close the Pegg screen, just click on the “X” in the top of the message screen.
